Thank you for booking our Halicheck Clinic Consultation. Upon payment and clicking the download link we will send you our Halicheck Quiz, which is part of your consultation. Please fill in the quiz form and email back to us before attending the appointment. In the consultation we will do a full breath check with our Oral Chroma Breath Machine, both normal and under stress conditions to compare readings. This machine can smell in "parts per billion" so it is extremely sensitive. So on the day, do not wear any perfumes or aftershave. Please refrain from eating or cleaning your teeth or using chewing gum for 4 hours before seeing us. In other words only water is permitted for the final 4 hours before the consultation. We will do a full dental examination with xrays. We will do saliva testing to check your volume of saliva made and the quality of your saliva. On completion of our record taking we will then spend time and explain everything we have found and how your issue can best be treated.

Best parking is at Edgecliff centre about 500m away from us. There is 1.5hr free parking. If catching the train, take the T4 line and alight at Edgecliff Station. Walk down New South Head Road towards Kings Cross. We are 500m away. We have attached a picture of the outside of our clinic to aid you.
The full consultation including a return visit to check how things are progressing is $470. If you are paying by credit card there are no surcharges. However if you are using AfterPay or Zip there is a 6% surcharge that Afterpay charges us. The dental omponent of the consultation is claimable if you have private health fund coverage. The item numbers we use are (011, 022*2, 047, 048). you are welcome to check your rebate with your health fund for these items. Generally most people get a rebate of around 25%. but it will vary from each fund. so please check this before attendance if necessary.
Most people need a selection of breath products to take with them after the consultation, to help their issues. the cost of these products are usually $95, and this cannot be claimed from the health fund.

Returns and Lost or Damaged Parcels
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Compensation for a lost or damaged parcel, the order needs to have been sent through Sendle (with Signature Received requested on your order form), and Sendle needs to accept responsibility for the compensation. We are happy to liaise with Sendle on your behalf.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any item not opened but damaged in post to you or on return to us

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. There is a 20% restocking fee plus postage costs for refunds.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
