After having chemo and radiation treatment I have been left with a very dry mouth , especially at night , using the melts makes sleeping so much more comfortable and stops the need to constantly wake up to sip water so I’m getting better sleep , they also have a lovely taste , I highly recommend them ✅

I used the Xylimelts for night time dry mouth, I regularly wake up after three to four hours sleep and do not have dry mouth but need to rinse my mouth to feel comfortable. The price and postage is more than I am prepared to pay so I will stick with my Biotene Gel.
I would definitely recommend these lozenges. My husband was diagnosed with stage 3 throat cancer and after radiation and chemotherapy treatments his taste buds have been compromised also his saliva glands aren't producing saliva but the XyliMelts have helped him immensely. I have a very dry mouth and I have tried two products that have been helpful. This is one of them – I usually only use of these melts per night, but if I wake in the night and it has dissolved completely, I may put another in -it is has a very slight – not unpleasant flavour, but sometimes in the middle of the night I don’t feel like having one in my mouth. Then i use a mouth gel instead. i would definitely recommend it if you have dry mouth issues.-I don’t actually stick it to my teeth. I just stick it up at the top of my gum and it stays put.

I have only one tooth left in my upper right hand side. The xyli melts adhere well on the left hand side, but it's very difficult to keep them in place on the right side

I was struggling with my dry (burning) mouth issue. teeth falling out and pain. started taking Xylimelts and within a few weeks could drink red wine with no burning. Also after 6 months the teeth stopped dropping out and the pain is now minimal. Thank you
