Postage is calculated on where you live, the weight of your order and the size of the box we need to send your order in. Once you add something to your shopping cart you can see postage costs quickly and upfront.
Note: Sendle cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Sendle tracking is way more comprehensive allowing you to follow the parcel from the time of the order. Sendle has "No Authority To Leave Parcel" and must have a receipt signature unless you state this at time of ordering in the comments section on your order form. This is because parcels sent with Sendle are insured against loss. If you allow the parcel to be delivered without a receipt signature, then there is no insurance attached to your order. However Australia Post only tends to show when the parcel left the office and when it is delivered, it doesn't tend to give updates.
1. International Economy - No Tracking (up to 28 Business Days). When 'how much' matters more than 'how long'. International Economy is an untracked service when speed isn't the highest priority. Please be aware we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels should you choose this delivery method.
2. Sendle Courier - With Tracking (up to 28 Business Days). They use a number of different courier companies such as DHL.
4. UPS Courier - With Tracking (up to10 Business Days). This is our premium service with full tracking and delivery service to your door.
5. KForce Products Free Post - No Tracking (up to 28 Business Days). This is offered on KForce Orders over the value of $250AUD. You are responsible for any loss or damage when you choose this postage method as we are unable to trace it.
*You are responsible for any duties and taxes that arise when your order enters your country. We will not be held responsible should your delivery get lost or damaged or have any customs issues on entry to your country. However we will make every effort to assist you with any inquiries raised about your order. We find UPS to be the most efficient, quickest and is our recommendation of courier.

Pickup times are between Monday to Thursday. Times are between 10am to 2pm. Please call us on 1300653335 on the day you are collecting so we can ensure your parcel will be ready. You can park at Edgecliff Station for free. We are a short 5 minute walk.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Some health and personal care items are non-returnable items. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please ensure the returned item is packed well with padding. Should the item be damaged in return transit we may not be able to refund the full amount to you.
