RECALDENT POUCHES
RECALDENT POUCHES
The refill pouch is the large format in the Recaldent range — approximately 215 pellets of sugar-free gum in a resealable bag, imported from Japan. It is how regular Recaldent chewers keep themselves stocked without buying tub after tub.
The pouch is designed to refill a Recaldent tub rather than replace it. Pour the pellets straight into the tub you already have, reseal the bag, and keep the rest for next time. Same gum, far less packaging, and a lower cost per pellet than buying tubs one at a time.
Mint is the clean, classic flavour and the one most people buy first. Grape is a grape-mint flavour — fruit up front with a cooler finish — and it is a staple in Japan in a way it simply is not here. Both are sugar-free and both contain Recaldent® CPP-ACP.
This page sells the pouch two ways.
Pouch is the refill on its own. Choose it if you already own a Recaldent tub and simply want to top it up. It is the cheapest way to keep your flavour in the house.
Full Set adds the matching tub and a matching stick pack in the same flavour. The three formats are not duplicates — they live in different places. The tub sits on a desk, a kitchen bench or a car console. The slim stick pack goes in a pocket, a bag or a glovebox. The pouch stays in the cupboard and refills both as they run down.
If you are new to Recaldent, or you have been running out at the times you most wanted a piece, the Full Set is the one to start with. If you are already set up, take the pouch.
Recaldent® contains CPP-ACP, a milk-derived complex of casein phosphopeptide and amorphous calcium phosphate. Calcium and phosphate are naturally important minerals associated with healthy teeth.
When you chew sugar-free gum, chewing stimulates saliva flow. Saliva naturally helps wash the mouth, dilute and neutralise acids, and support the mouth's normal mineral balance. That makes gum a practical option after meals or between brushing occasions, when brushing is not possible.
CPP-ACP stands for casein phosphopeptide-amorphous calcium phosphate. Recaldent® CPP-ACP is derived from milk protein and contains calcium and phosphate. It has been the subject of dental research for many years, and Recaldent gum is a convenient way to include it while chewing sugar-free gum.
Recaldent is a food product. It is intended to complement, rather than replace, normal brushing, flossing and regular dental care.

Recaldent® contains CPP-ACP, which is derived from milk casein. Do not use if you have an allergy to cow's milk proteins or soybean-derived products.
Mint and Grape both contain aspartame and therefore contain a source of phenylalanine. These flavours are not suitable for people with phenylketonuria (PKU).
Excess consumption may have a laxative effect. Always check the product label before use for current ingredient, allergen and nutrition information.
