2-Day Detox

• Use morning and evening for two consecutive days.
• This is the starting phase of your KForce routine.
• After the 2-Day Detox, move into your ongoing KForce maintenance cycle.

5-Day Maintenance Cycle

• Use Balance Rinse on Day 1 of the KForce maintenance cycle.
• It works as part of the complete KForce system.
• Balance Rinse and Day Rinse are used at different stages of the routine rather than being used together every time.

Before First Use — Activate Your Balance Rinse

KForce Balance Rinse is one product supplied in two bottles:

• Bottle 1: the smaller Activator bottle
• Bottle 2: the larger Base bottle

Before first use, pour the entire contents of Bottle 1 into Bottle 2. Replace the cap securely and gently mix. Write the expiry date on the bottom of Bottle 2 and use the activated Balance Rinse within approximately 30 days. The two bottles are not intended to be used separately.

How to Use

Use 5mL of activated KForce Balance Rinse each time. Rinse thoroughly for 60 seconds, then spit out. Clean your tongue afterwards with your KForce Tongue Cleaner.

• During the 2-Day Detox, use Balance Rinse morning and evening for two consecutive days.
• During the 5-Day Maintenance cycle, use Balance Rinse on Day 1.
• Follow the KForce routine supplied with your kit for the correct sequence of products.
