How do you use the products?

Squeeze some KForce Tongue Gel onto the bristles of the Orabrush Tongue Cleaner and gently brush it into all parts of the tongue, as far back as you can go.
If need be you may spit out any excess gel or saliva.
Place OraBrush Tongue Cleaner to the back of the tongue. Tilt it on an angle to engage the scraper, and gently pull it forward in one motion.
Rinse the Tongue Cleaner under water, and repeat the scraping step as often as needed till the gel is removed from the tongue surface.
Finally rinse your mouth with water, and do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after.
